Why me
Most agents handle clean transactions. A buyer, a seller, a clear title, and a standard closing. That covers most of real estate.
But think about who calls me. A soldier with orders in hand and thirty days to make the biggest purchase of his life. A spouse holding the whole move together while making a decision the family will live with for years. A family selling Mom’s house while they are still grieving her. Two people ending a marriage who each need to know the sale is fair. A homeowner lying awake because the payments stopped making sense months ago.
None of those people are really shopping for an agent. They are looking for someone who will carry the process so they can carry everything else. Someone who picks up the phone the first time they call.
I served, and the military moved me more than once. Every PCS meant the same thing it means for you: sell on a deadline, buy in a town I had barely seen, and get my family settled before the next set of orders. I have signed on the buying side and the selling side while the clock was running.
So when I say I get it, I mean I have lived it. I know what it is like to need someone who knows the rules and will not get lost in them.

What I mean by complex
A standard sale has three parties. Mine usually have more.
A standard sale has a buyer, a seller, and a title company that clears the paperwork. The transactions I work bring more people to the table. Sometimes a lender has to approve the price. Sometimes a court has to sign off, or heirs and ex-spouses have to agree, or a deadline will not move. Every extra person and every extra rule is a place where the deal can stall. I do this work because I know where those places are, and I know how to keep things moving.
